Documentation-only mirror of the QuantifindRiskFactor scalar — lists every risk_id the backend knows today (built from api.risk_mapping.RISK_MAPPING) so the frontend can codegen typed constants. The wire surface remains the scalar; new risk types appear there without a federation break.
