Whether this company's court filings have been collected and processed: true when settled (a true here with an empty Company.courtFilings means the company has none), false while collection has not happened yet, null when not reported — the requesting org has no access, or the company could not be identified.

CourtFilingProviderMeta.accessEnabled ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

Whether the requesting org may read this provider's dataset for this company.

CourtFilingProviderMeta.dataRefreshedAt ● DateTime scalar​

When Craft last checked the provider for this company's court filings.
